Account Manager

Overview:
Simparel offers next generation ERP solutions to companies to manage their global operations. Simparel is unique with respect to the technology platform that runs the software. System dictionaries, as opposed to program code, are used to define and manage the entire solution. To best represent Simparel in new business development, the company is searching for an ERP industry specialist with relevant business knowledge and outstanding sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Manage target accounts and sales pipeline
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans
- Develop new customer relationships
- Sells against annual revenue targets for software licenses and services
- Make presentations, prepares proposals and manage RFP process
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Good knowledge of supply chain management and ERP business processes
- Practical experience with fashion related wholesale and/or retail businesses
- In depth understanding of needs of apparel, footwear, accessory, home fashion businesses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher
- Prior ERP/SCM or PLM solution sales experience
- Prior experience with software development organizations
- Prior experience with wholesale and/or retail ERP projects
